A New System

To keep track of my progress I have decided to use color coded icons to show my daily progress. Here they area and their definitions:

good.gif
Calories: 1400-1600
Workout: 30+ Minutes


ok.gif
Calories: 1400-1600
No Workout OR
Calories: <2000
Workout: 30 minutes


Bad.gif
Calories: >2000
